Steps to Manually Reactivate Your Binance Account:

For Manual Reactivation of your Binance account, you have to submit a support ticket with all the supporting documentation.

The documents you are required to submit depend on the level of your KYC verification. Because of will sometimes you may be requested to submit a few additional documentation.

If you have done only the Basic KYC verification you need to complete your advanced verification, to complete your advanced verification follow the given steps:

  1. Visit the Binance Support Centre.
  2. From there collect a new ticket and fill in the form entirely.
  3. Properly mention that you want to reactivate your Binance account.
  4. Mention your full name and address. Make sure the information must be the same as you used at the time of Basic verification.
  5. Also, you have to attach a photograph of you holding your ID.

This is to verify your identity so, make sure your face and ID are properly visible and do not forget to properly mention that you wish to reactivate your old Binance account along with the proper date, month, and year.

Once you are done submitting all your documents the Binance support center will contact you once your advanced verification is completed or if they need any additional information.

Steps to Follow After Advanced Verification:

Once you have completed your Advanced verification or you have already done your advanced verification follow the given steps:

  1. Visit the Binance Support Centre.
  2. From there collect a new ticket and fill in the form entirely.
  3. Properly mention that you want to reactivate your Binance account.
  4. Mention your full name and address. Make sure the information must be the same as you used at the time of Basic verification.
  5. Also, you have to attach a photograph of you holding your ID.

This is to verify your identity so, make sure your face and ID are properly visible and do not forget to properly mention that you wish to reactivate your old Binance account along with the proper date, month, and year.

  1. Also, attach a copy of your recent address proof. Make sure the documents are issued in the last 30 days.
  2. You have to attach a video recording of yours along with your ID proof.

You have to repeat and again in the video: “Today’s date and that you wish to reactivate your old Binance account”.

Once you are done with all the procedures Binance will contact you after your account is reactivated. This may take a while but do not worry this will work.
